1. Booking & Confirmation

• Class bookings and memberships are confirmed once payment is made in full (or when a recurring subscription is successfully set up).

• Once confirmed, the timeslot is reserved exclusively for your participation and cannot be changed except under the terms outlined below.

2. Payment

• Membership fees (monthly or otherwise) must be paid in advance via direct debit, standing order, or another approved method.

• Fees cover the agreed training access; no partial refunds are available for shorter attendance or leaving early.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Memberships and class bookings are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

• If you are unable to attend a class, no credit, refund, or reschedule will be offered unless otherwise stated.

• The Academy may occasionally offer alternative training options at its discretion (e.g., an online session or attending on a different day).

4. Make-Up Class Policy

• Hung Kuen Academy UK membership is paid on a monthly basis and due before the first class of the month.

• If a member is unable to attend their scheduled class, please notify Sifu Leung so the space can be reallocated.

• Make-up classes are only possible if we are notified at least 12 hours before the scheduled class.

• Make-up classes must be taken within the same paid month and cannot be carried forward to future months.

5. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend without prior notice will be treated as a “no-show.”

• No-shows are forfeited in full and will not be credited, refunded, or carried forward.

6. Late Arrival

• If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

• The class duration will not be extended, and no partial refunds will be given.

7. Membership Packages

• Memberships and block bookings (e.g., monthly subscriptions) must be used within the agreed validity period.

• Unused sessions or lapsed memberships cannot be carried forward.

• If a direct debit is cancelled or fails, membership access will be suspended until payment is resolved.

8. Liability & Health

• By joining, you confirm that you are reasonably fit to participate and will disclose any medical conditions that may affect your training.

• Hung Kuen Academy UK is not liable for injuries or incidents resulting from non-disclosure of medical information or participation against medical advice.

9. Changes by the Academy

• The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor illness, emergencies, or venue issues.

• In such cases, you may be offered an alternative session (if available), or a refund/credit at the Academy’s discretion.

10. Privacy & Communication

• Your contact details are required for booking, scheduling updates, and important notifications.

• By registering for membership or attending classes, you confirm acceptance of these terms.
